FHLBank Pittsburgh and the University of Delaware Center for Community Research and Service have awarded the Blueprint Communities® Delaware designations to four teams in Delaware. We are very excited to begin working with these teams as they begin the challenging, yet rewarding process of creating a revitalization plan for their communities. Northeast Wilmington Team:
The Northeast Wilmington Blueprint Community serves the Northeast community. Team members include community representatives, Dubard McGriff, Adrienne Wallace, Carol Banks, and Wayna Dobson; Bradley Owens from The Achievement Center; Pastor Sandra Ben from S.U.N. and Northeast Civic Association; Jaehn Dennis of the Vandever Ave. Civic Association & 3rd DNPC, Bobbi Briton of the Old Brandywine Village, Inc.; Terry Hasson of WSFS Bank; and Matthew Harris of the City of Wilmington.

Washington Heights Team:
The Washington Heights Blueprint Community serves the Triangle, Washington Heights, and Brandywine Village associations in the City of Wilmington, Delaware. Team members include Chairperson C. Candice Brown; community residents, Kimberly Holley-Nelson,Cynthia Kelsey, Mike Kelsey, Rhasheeda Ahmed, and Stanley Sharp; Artisans Bank Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Joel Schiller; Leah Kacanda of the Wilmington Department of Planning and development; Ellen Casson of the Jefferson Street Center; and Gary Pollio of the Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware, Inc..
