    Basic Mediation Training

    Buena Vista Conference Center - New Castle, DE

    ​A four-day training session offered by IPA's Conflict Resolution Program, October 11–12 & 18–19, 2016. During this four-day training, participants will:

    - Develop effective problem-solving techniques that can be applied immediately to all environments.
    - Acquire techniques for dealing with emotions and difficult dynamics. - Understand the source of conflict from multiple perspectives.
    - Develop strategies to move from confrontation to collaboration. - Enhance their negotiation style and skills.
    - Learn how to resolve disputes before they escalate to litigation.

    Cost: $725 from January 1, 2016 to August 13, 2016; $825 from August 14, 2016 to September 14, 2016 (includes continental breakfast, lunch, beverages and materials). *Late registration fee applies.
